An affordable open-source adaptive controller kit, made possible by GP2040-CE.

It has 18 digital button inputs, along with a USB host port, which can be used for USB keyboard input, or "passthrough" authentication for PS4/5 and Xbox One/Series. It is natively compatible with PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Nintendo Switch.

Fully assembled units are assembled by hand here in the USA, and will come pre-flashed, tested, and ready to use.

The barebones kit comes with the circuit board, 3.5mm jacks, and USB port. If you need a Pi Pico as well, select the kit with Pico. Otherwise, you can use any footprint-compatible RP2040 board.

The case is 3D printed, so if you have your own 3D printer, you can print your own. The design uses M3 threaded inserts (4mm hole size) to hold the case together and attach the feet, which should be printed out of a flexible material.

If you order the case, it will come with all necessary bolts, and the threaded inserts pre-fitted.
